In order to join our assessment newsletter, you must provide us your email address.  The newsletter sign up page may request other optional information such as your name, firm name, or other information.  This data is not used except for surveying the types of firms or individuals joining.  We also collect information that you provide when you send us an email via our Contact Us page.

Our newsletter sign-up procedure includes an "Opt-in" option.  In fact, our newsletter mailing system is "double Opt-in".  After signing up on our website, you will be sent an email confirming that you indeed wish to join the newsletter.  Your email address will only be added to the mailing list after the confirmation process is completed.  This process cuts down on abuse by users trying to sign up other individuals without their consent.  We hate SPAM so we try hard to avoid adding more emails to already cluttered email inboxes.  If you ever receive an email from us that you believe is caused by abuse, please contact us using the email addresses or contact form found on our Contact Us page.  Should you ever wish to stop receiving our newsletter, our newsletter emails have an unsubscribe option.  Simply click on the link and follow the simple steps.  An unsubscribe confirmation email will then be sent to you confirming your removal from our mailing list.

How Do We Use Information That We Collect?

Information that you provide to us when you join the newsletter will strictly be used for the distribution of the newsletter and for internal surveying of the types of individual or firms joining.  We will not use that data to contact you offering future newsletters or marketing of any kind that is not part of the newsletter you joined.

Additionally, we will not use contact information provided via our Contact Us page except to communicate with you concerning the questions, suggestions, or comments you submitted us.  For instance, your email address from these communications will NOT be added to our newsletter mailing list.

Who Do We Share Information With?

We will never give, sell or share information about you to any other party.  We only use the information internally to survey the individuals and/or firms using our newsletter feature.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to remove any user's email address from our current or future newsletters if we determine that abuse of our system exists or for any other reason that could directly or indirectly affect our website, system or firm.  We also reserve the right to block the IP address of your system for the same reasons previously mentioned.
